Mrs. Nayan Sharma
Chairperson (as from the 01st of January 2009)

Holder of a BA in Sociology from the University of Delhi in 1972, she joined ROSE HILL TRANSPORT LIMITED in 1990 as a director and is currently Chairperson of the Board as from the 01st of January. She is also is a member of the Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mrs. Sharma resigned as an executive Director upon her appointment as Chairperson.

Mr. Sanjiva Goburdhun
MIoD – Managing Director

He is a member of the Institute of Directors, UK. Mr.Goburdhun joined Rose Hill Transport Limited in 1990, was appointed as Managing Director in 1994 and is a member of the Corporate Governance,Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

He was a member of the National Committee on Corporate Governance; is Chairman of Island Communications Ltd. & all the subsidiaries which are 100% owned by Rose-Hill Transport Ltd. as well as Algorithmix Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of RHT Ventures and in which RHT Ventures owns 50% of the shares. He assumes directorship in Showbizz Entertainment Ltd. and Viva Voce Ltée, associate companies of Rose Hill Transport Limited, as well as in Sun Insurance Ltd. Mr. Goburdhun was a Director of the Mauritius Commercial Bank from 2001 to 2007 & was reelected
in December 2008.

Dr. Sidharth Sharma

Dr. Sharma joined Rose Hill Transport Limited in 1996 as Logistics Manager, was appointed Director in 2000 and is member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He had also worked at British Telecom as a Research Engineer.

Dr. Sidharth Sharma obtained his PhD. in Telecommunications from the University of Bristol in 2004. He is currently the Managing Director of Island Communications Ltd. a logistics solutions company and a Director of Showbizz Entertainment Ltd.

Mr. Yoosuf Mohamed Kureeman
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Kureeman was appointed to the Board on the 1st of January 2007 & is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Gilbert P. Stéphane Leal
Non-Executive Director

Holder of a BSc in Finance and Marketing since 1994 from Boston College, Mr. Leal was appointed as Director of Rose Hill Transport Limited on 27th September 2004 and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. S. Leal is a Director of Mauritours Ltd., Pharmacie Nouvelle Ltd., Constance Hotel Services Ltd and ten other companies.

Mr. Van Man Sin Kwok Wong
Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Van Man is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is currently Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller Maritim (Mtius) Ltd where he has been working for the past 19 years.

He joined the Board of Rose Hill Transport Limited on June 30th, 2005 as Director and is also chairperson
of the Audit Committee.

Mr Paul Chung Kim Fung Ah Leung
Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Ah Leung is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and is currently the Managing Director of ATS Ltd, ATS International Ltd and ATS Manufacturing Ltd.

Mr. Ah Leung is a Director of Linux Solutions Ltd (an ICT solutions provider), N. Bellstedt & Co. PTY Ltd. incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and SYSTEC Sarl incorporated in the Republic of Madagascar.

Mr. Ah Leung is also a member of the “Branding Mauritius” committee Chaired by the Hon. Minister of Tourism, Leisure and External Communications.

Mr. Ah Leung was appointed to the Board on the 10th January 2007. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Chairperson of the Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration committee.

Mr. Ravindra Goburdhun

Mr R Goburdhun holds a BSc Science from the university of Udipur India & worked in the hotel sector for 9 years in France. He is presently involved in the tourism sector in the Seychelles & Mauritius.
