We are hiring a Sales Assistant to join our team at izy.market, a subsidiary of RHT Holding Ltd. The candidate should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, and achieve excellent customer service at all times.
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to present company products & services
- Determine customers’ needs and wants and provide suggestions.
- Evaluates customer feedback in order to boost sales growth, deepen and enrich relationships with customers & increase customer retention
- Provide support to the sales team in the day-to-day sales activities.
- Any other related duties as and when required.
- At least one year of working experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Must be attentive to customer needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.
